1. When is my order being shipped?

Order Processing Times are 1 to 7 business days.

All items are made to order and this is the time needed to print your item/s. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days but some items may take longer specially during busy seasons such as Christmas.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the ship to location and the shipping method chosen at Checkout and must be added to the Order Processing Times. All orders are shipped tracked. Options include Standard, Express and Overnight (not all options may be available for all destinations).

Please note that delays can occur over which we have no control specially during busy seasons such as Christmas.

4. Where is my order shipping from?

Domestic Orders (USA) are printed in and dispatched from Charlotte, NC 28273, USA. 


5. Do all items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.

Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all of the products you're sending.

For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $0.75 for shipping. If you add a tote to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $0.75. However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you'll have to add the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $6.95.


5. Where can I find Sizing information?

Detailed sizing information is provided in each product listing. Garments vary widely in style and size, therefore we recommend that you thoroughly read the item description and sizing details provided to ensure the best fit.   


6. Care Instructions

Garments are printed using the latest DTG (Direct to Garment) print technologies. Please wash your item before first use. To ensure your item remains at it's best please follow these guidelines (please ignore the manufacturers label instructions as they do not take into consideration the DTG printing process): 

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.


7. Why are there white marks on my garment?

You may find some off white residue on your garments. This is normal and will wash off after the first wash cycle. These are not marks but residue from the special solution used for printing. Inks used are water based and eco-friendly! This gives a softer feel than traditional screen prints.


8. I didn't receive my parcel because I entered an incorrect delivery address, what now?

Please ensure that you have provided a full and correct delivery address. Orders returned as undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided are not refundable but can be re-shipped however, full re-shipping charges will apply.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of notifying you of receipt of your returned package it will be disposed of.


9. My Order appears to be lost in the mail

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try and locate the lost order.

If tracking information states that your item was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility and you will need to take this up with the delivery company. 


10. The item/s I have received are faulty/incorrect

In the rare event that you have received faulty goods or we have made a mistake please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods and if possible take photographs of the damage or error. We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.
